What services does Zakdesignz offer?
We specialize in logo design, brand identity, UI/UX design, and website development. Whether you need a single logo or a complete brand system, we’ve got you covered.
Do you design websites too, or just logos and branding?
We do both. Logo and brand identity are our core strength, and we also build clean, conversion-focused websites, either standalone or as part of a full brand system.
What’s AI Logo Cleanup?
It’s for businesses whose logo was made with an AI generator and needs a human touch: vectorizing it properly, fixing spacing and proportions, and making it print-ready.
Can you redesign my existing logo instead of starting from scratch?
Yes. Logo redesigns keep what’s working in your current brand while modernizing what isn’t.
Do you do packaging or social media design too?
Yes, packaging, social media creatives, and marketing materials are all part of our broader design services.
Pricing & Packages
What’s the difference between the three packages?
Basic is a straightforward logo. Professional adds a full brand system plus business card and social kit. Premium is the complete identity, stationery, and even a website landing page. Most growing businesses land on Professional.
Can I upgrade my package mid-project?
Yes. If you start with Basic and realize you need brand guidelines or stationery, we’ll adjust the scope and invoice the difference; no need to restart.
Do you offer custom quotes outside these packages?
Yes, for larger scopes like full website builds, packaging systems, or multi-brand projects, contact us, and we’ll scope it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We also accept direct payments via bank transfer and Payoneer. If you prefer a secure payment platform, you can place the order through Dribbble or Contra, whichever is most convenient for you.
Process & Timeline
How long does a project take?
A logo design typically takes 3–5 business days. A full brand identity package takes 7–14 days. Website projects vary based on scope; we’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.
How does the design process work, step by step?
Brief → concept presentation → feedback rounds → refinement → final delivery. We keep you updated at every stage so nothing feels like a black box.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short brief covering your business, audience, style preferences, and any references you like. We also have a free brief template on the blog to help you think it through.
How do we communicate during the project?
Mainly email, WhatsApp, and Zoom video, whichever you prefer. You’ll always know who to reach and when to expect updates.
What if I need to pause or delay my project?
No problem, just let us know. We’ll hold your spot and pick up where we left off.
Revisions & Ownership
What if I’m not happy with the initial concepts?
Every package includes revisions. We work with you until the design feels right. Our goal is that you walk away with something you’re genuinely proud of, not just something that’s “good enough.”
What counts as a “revision”?
A revision is a round of feedback on the current concepts, tweaking colors, layout, or direction. It’s not a full restart with a brand-new concept (that’s a new concept round).
Do I own full rights to my logo after delivery?
Yes, 100%. Once the project is complete and payment is cleared, full commercial copyrights transfer to you. No hidden fees, no licensing strings attached.
What file formats will I receive?
Depends on the package, but typically PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI (vector source) so your logo works everywhere from web to print to signage.
Do you keep the source files after delivery?
Yes, we archive project files, so if you need something re-exported down the line, just reach out.

Can you work with clients outside Nepal?
Absolutely, in fact, most of our clients are international. We’ve worked with businesses across the US, UK, Australia, and 20+ other countries. Communication is handled smoothly via email and messaging.
Are you a solo designer or a team?
ZakDesignz is led by Zak personally on every project, backed by 11+ years of experience and 2000+ client reviews, so you’re getting direct, hands-on design, not a handoff to a junior.
What if I’m not satisfied with the final result even after revisions?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction, and unlimited revisions (within scope) mean we rarely reach this point. If we genuinely can’t land on a direction that works for you, we’ll discuss the situation directly and find a fair resolution; this is handled case by case rather than a blanket policy.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, if confidentiality matters for your project, we’re happy to sign one before the brief stage.
