These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zakdesignz.com (the “Site”). They are separate from the Terms & Conditions, which govern the delivery of design services and Template licensing. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to anyone who visits, browses, or interacts with this Site whether or not you go on to purchase a Template or hire Zakdesignz for Custom Services.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or connected networks
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content or data from the Site without permission
- Upload or transmit anything containing viruses, malicious code, or harmful software
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Site to harass, defraud, or harm others
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without written permission
3. Intellectual Property of the Site
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, layout, portfolio images, and design work displayed, is the property of Zakdesignz/ Zakdesignz ‘s Client unless otherwise credited, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Viewing content on this Site does not grant you any license to use, copy, or reproduce it.
- Portfolio work shown on this Site may be subject to separate client confidentiality or ownership agreements and is displayed for demonstration purposes only.
- Template products available for purchase are governed separately by the licensing terms on the Licensing page.
4. Accounts (if applicable)
If the Site allows account creation for purchasing Templates or managing orders, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
This Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, Dribbble, contra, social media platforms, analytics providers). Zakdesignz is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
6. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site accessible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
